CAMERON PARK-
What started as a domestic argument ended with a shooting in a Cameron Park neighborhood Friday morning.
El Dorado County Sheriff’s deputies say a woman inside the home called her father for help during a fight with her husband. At some point, 54-year-old David Klinker was shot by his daughter’s husband. Deputies are still investigating what led to the shooting.
The husband, 33-year-old Joseph Hinds, had taken off before deputies arrived. He was later found at another home in El Dorado County and arrested.
Klinker was shot in his stomach, and rushed to a hospital for surgery. He is expected to survive.
