Fire rips through two warehouses in Stockton

The Latest on the fire on North Aurora Street in Stockton (Thursday, Feb. 20):

9:50 p.m.

Both warehouses were destroyed at the Stockton auto body shop, where crews are still knocking down hotspots.

PG&E is still reporting an outage in the area, which is affecting 181 customers.

8:45 p.m.

Officials say two warehouses are on fire on North Aurora Street.

Thirteen fire engines and trucks are at the scene.

Stockton police say one of their drones crashed into a power pole while trying to get an overview of the fire. However, officials confirm flames were already spreading through the area and the power was already out prior to the drone crash.

Pacific Gas and Electric's outage map shows 181 customers without power in the area.

STOCKTON, Calif. (KTXL) -- Firefighters are battling a warehouse fire on North Aurora Street in Stockton.

The Stockton Fire Department says the fire near East Fremont Street has been escalated to a fourth-alarm.

Officials could not provide any additional details about the blaze.
