ROSEVILLE, Calif. (KTXL) — Crews responded to a train derailment Friday afternoon at the JR Davis Railyard near Roseville.
According to the Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District, five rail cars derailed around 12:15 p.m. Three of the cars contained butane and the other two were carrying lumber.

There has been no threat to Roseville or the surrounding areas, firefighters said.
Fire officials said Union Pacific crews have started preparations to upright the cars, beginning with the two carrying lumber.
It was not immediately clear what caused the derailment.
No one was injured, according to Sacramento fire officials.
