WEST SACRAMENTO, Calif. (KTXL) — West Sacramento is a city with nearly 54,000 people who are policed by about 72 officers.

West Sacramento Police Chief Robert Strange is leading the department and he joined Sonseeahray Tonsall Friday for an in-depth discussion about his goals for the city and what has affected his tenure most.
