SACRAMENTO, Calif. (KTXL) — A local couple met in mid-January just before the pandemic hit and made a decision that would change their lives.
They decided to quarantine together.
That decision led to their marriage Friday. FOX40 photojournalist Jacob Charbonneau was there for the special day.
