GALT, Calif. (KTXL) — Galt police say a man was arrested Thursday after a caller reported a burglary-in-progress at a home that had two children inside.

According to police, officers went to the reported home near Lake Canyon Avenue and Golden Heights Drive around 1:41 p.m.

The caller informed police that the man had entered the home through a window while two children were inside.
