SACRAMENTO–
A jury has convicted a man of raping a woman inside a Subway restaurant Monday, the District Attorney’s Office announced.
Kenneth Anderson, 24, was found guilty of five counts of forcible penetration by a foreign object and one count of attempting to dissuade the victim from reporting the crime.
Anderson reportedly worked with the victim at the shop.
Anderson faces a maximum sentence of 125 years to life in prison. He will be sentenced Sept. 11.
