More Than 3,000 Customers Without Power in West Sacramento

WEST SACRAMENTO — More than 3,000 customers are without power in West Sacramento on Tuesday night, police said.

PG&E is reporting 3,094 outages in the Southport area of West Sacramento.

Originally, it was believed lightning struck a power substation in the area. Lightning has since been ruled out as the cause of the outage.

No other information was immediately available.
