Two teenagers were arrested Monday for allegedly bringing a gun to school and threatening to shoot a fellow student.

Stockton Police responded to the Children’s Home of Stockton and helped school staff search backpacks until they found the gun, investigators said.

Officers say the gun was inoperable.

A 15-year-old was arrested for being in possession of the gun and making threats, and a 13-year-old was arrested for supplying the gun.
