Police: Woman Shot During North Sacramento Home Invasion

SACRAMENTO --

A woman is recovering after being grazed in the arm by a bullet during a home invasion in North Sacramento early Thursday morning.

A Sacramento Sheriff's Department spokesperson says two women were in a condo at the Village Green complex on Hamilton Street when three men broke in around 5:30 a.m.

During an altercation, one of the the women was shot, the other woman suffered minor injuries during the incident as well.

It is unknown what the intruders took from the home.

There are no suspect descriptions at this time.
