Roseville coffee shop gets creative with outdoor dining guideline

ROSEVILLE, Calif. (KTXL) — After Governor Gavin Newsom ordered the closure of indoor operations at most businesses, some Roseville coffee shops got creative.

The city of Roseville issued an executive order back in May, allowing the temporary expansion of outdoor dining areas.

So, some local shops began building decks to create more outdoor spaces for their customers.
