
SOUTH SACRAMENTO -- The suspect in the south Sacramento SWAT stand up surrendered to police.
The suspect, who police describe as an adult Asian male, was holed up in a home on the 4000 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. Before the stand off, police say the man pointed a gun at them and set off an explosive.
North and southbound lanes of Martin Luther King Blvd. at 16th Avenue are still closed down because of heavy police presence.
