Sacramento NAACP president discusses city’s rising rate of hate crimes

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (KTXL) — People across California are under attack for their race, gender, nationality, religion and sexual orientation.

Despite the calls for change from politicians, police and victims, the acts of hate continue.

Betty Williams, the president of the Sacramento Chapter of the NAACP, joined FOX40’s Eric Harryman to talk about the issue.
