SACRAMENTO, Calif. (KTXL) — Sacramento police said a man was injured in a shooting Friday afternoon. 

The shooting was reported just before 2:50 p.m. near 53rd and Young streets. Police said the man was shot at least once. 

His injuries were not life-threatening. 

Police are still investigating what led up to the shooting.
