(KTXL) — Sacramento Police are now investigating a death after officers pulled a body from the Sacramento River on Tuesday.
The body was found near the Robert T. Matsui Waterfront Park around 5 p.m.
Officials said the person appears to have been deceased for a while, but they are not sure if foul play was involved.
They are investigating the death, and police have not yet identified the person.
