(FOX40.COM) — One person was injured in a shooting in the Elmhurst neighborhood of Sacramento, according to Sacramento Police.
Officers said the shooting happened just before 1:30 p.m. on the 5300 block of S Street.
Police said the victim was taken to the hospital and their condition is currently unknown.
An officer told FOX40.COM that the shooting may have been accidental.
