(KTXL) — On Friday morning, a Tesla crashed into a prisoner transport bus in downtown Sacramento after the electric vehicle ran a red light.
The collision occurred at the intersection of 5th and I streets and resulted in 13 prisoners complaining of pain, the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department said.
The reason for the Tesla driver’s traffic violation and the identity of the driver is still unknown at this time.
