STOCKTON, Calif. (KTXL) — The San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office is asking people to stay out of the Waterloo Road and Filbert Street area in Stockton.

According to the sheriff’s office, there is a “person in distress” barricaded inside a vehicle.
