A suspected pharmacy robber was arrested Tuesday after the man robbed a Kings Beach pharmacy for the third time.

Around 12:24 p.m. a call came in regarding a robbery at the Rite Aid on North Lake Blvd. in Kings Beach.

The suspect, Peter Joseph Terry, 48, demanded narcotics as he brandished a gun.

Witnesses spotted his vehicle as he fled the scene and provided information to detectives.

A detective spotted Terry and began pursuit but it ended shortly after when the suspect drove down a dead-end.

Terry was booked at the Placer County Jail in Auburn. He is suspected of armed robbery at several pharmacies from Reno to the Bay Area over the last few months.
