(FOX40.COM) — A crash on Highway 99 in Sutter County has blocked all lanes, Caltrans said.
According to the agency, the affected area is in the South Yuba City area near Bogue Road.

“Slow down and move over for emergency crews,” Caltrans said. “Use caution in the area or use an alternate route.”
The area was opened up four hours after the crash, according to California Highway Patrol.
