The teen accused of brutally beating a woman with a baseball bat in a Lodi dog park was found not competent to stand trial, the victim’s mother told FOX40.

Dulce Rios, 17, was to be charged as an adult in the Jan. 4 attack that left 22-year-old Jackie Pickett in the hospital for most of the month.

Rios was arraigned on charges of attempted murder, use of a weapon and robbery.

She remains in custody, and her bail is still $1 million. Her next court date is Feb. 25.
