Sacramento police officers have arrested Benigno Duran, 35, Kenneth Hopkins, 29, and Jeremy Rosales on suspicion of murder.

Officers responded to Rio Linda Boulevard on Dec. 14  to investigate reports of a stabbing. Rios suffered multiple stab wounds to his upper body, and police determined an argument between neighbors had escalated into a physical fight.

Detectives interviewed a number of witnesses and were able to identify Hopkins, Duran and Rosales as the primary suspects in the case.
