Turlock Police Investigate Shooting That Injured One Man

TURLOCK — A man is in stable condition after being shot in Turlock on Thursday afternoon, police said.

About 4 p.m., officers found a man with at least one gunshot wound near the intersection of High and Lane streets.

The man was taken to a nearby hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The man has not been identified.

Investigators determined he was shot in an alley near Caster and South Laurel streets. The circumstances surrounding the shooting are not known, and no suspect information is available.

The Turlock Police Department is asking for witnesses to come forward with information regarding the shooting.
