Officers have arrested a 26-year-old man on charges of first degree burglary and probation violation charges.

Kenneth Moen Pfister, 26, was arrested in connection to an interrupted burglary by a homeowner on Edwin Drive in Vacaville on April 20.

Pfister fled the scene in a vehicle and began throwing the victim’s property out when he discovered several neighbors and a U.S. Postal worker in the area spotted him, police said.

Those witnesses were able to provide key details that led to the suspect’s identity and arrest.
