SACRAMENTO –
His impromptu dance at Thursday night’s Sacramento Kings’ game won over the more than just the city, it went viral, getting millions of views online in a single day.
FOX40 had a chance to sit down with the little man behind the big moves, 12-year-old Josh Halimi, and his confidence is fit for a king.
“I’d give it a ten out of ten,” Halimi said.
But he does give credit, where credit’s due.
“Well, the whip, that was from a football player Odell Beckham Jr. The twerking, that started form Miley Cyrus, and the rest, I just felt the beat,” he said. “The snap and kick, that was my move.”
Believe it or not, this song and dance was a one hit wonder. Josh says he really wants to be a pro soccer player.
“And if that doesn’t work out, I want to be an accountant or an engineer,” he said.
