A Solano County judge set no bail Tuesday for four men facing murder charges.

Robert Dishman, Jovon Granado, Eric Rico and Jesus Rodriguez have been charged with the murder of 16-year-old Naomy Rojas of Fairfield. Police believe Rojas was caught in the crossfire of gang activity last month.

Of the four suspects, Rodriguez spoke to FOX40 after the scheduled arraignment Tuesday, claiming he was innocent.

“I am not guilty, I am not in a gang and I wasn’t even in Fairfield that day,” Rodriguez said.

Rodriguez claims he was in San Francisco with his friends when Rojas was gunned down.

Maggie Dishman, mother to suspect Robert Dishman, says her son is also not guilty.

“I believe he was in the wrong place at the wrong time. My son would never hurt anybody,” Dishman told FOX40 outside of the courthouse.

None of the suspects entered a plea bargain. The arraignment is scheduled to resume on Monday, March 10th.
