Voters Approve Tougher Penalties on Human Traffickers

SACRAMENTO-

With 22 percent of precincts reporting, voters have passed Proposition 35 by an overwhelming margin.

According to the Secretary of State’s office, 83.2 percent of people voted in favor of the proposition that would bring tougher penalties against human traffickers.
