Save Money at the Government Surplus Property Auction

SACRAMENTO-

The California Department of General Services is hold an auction Saturday of items confiscated by the CHP and TSA.

Starting at 10 a.m., people will be able to bid on everything from office furniture to pocket knives to clothes.

At their last auction, the DGS raised more than $96,000 for the state. The money goes back into the DGS, which provides funding for state agencies.
