Stockton Police Arrest 3 In Connection To Several Violent Crimes

STOCKTON —

Friday, three suspects were arrested in connection to homicides and assaults.

Juan Carlos Villialpando-Lua, 19, was arrested in connection to four crimes:

  • The April 12 killing of Angel Torres, 28, near Pilgrim and Jackson Streets.
  • The July 18 attempted homicide of a 31-year-old man in the area of Aurora Street and Scotts Avenue.
  • The July 28 assault with a deadly weapon case on a 35-year-old man in the area of California and Lafayette Streets.
  • The July 29 homicide of a 32-year-old man near Pilgrim and Anderson Streets.

Guillermo Ivan Ibarra, 35, was arrested in connection two crimes:

  • The July 28 assault with a deadly weapon case on a 35-year-old man in the area of California and Lafayette Streets.
  • The July 29 homicide of a 32-year-old man in the area of Pilgrim and Anderson Streets.

A 15-year-old juvenile male was also arrested in connection to the July 28 assault with a deadly weapon case against the 35-year-old man in the area of California and Lafayette Streets.
