SOUTH SACRAMENTO — Authorities are investigating what they are calling a suspicious accident in a South Sacramento neighborhood.
Monday night at 11:33 p.m. Sacramento police got reports of a shooting near 21st Street and Matson Drive.
When they arrived they located an unresponsive male adult inside a car near the intersection of Balfour Way and Matson Drive. The car came to a stop in a lawn after hitting a tree.
The man was found with multiple gunshot wounds. He died on scene from his injuries.
At this time, police have no known motive and no arrests have been made.
