SACRAMENTO, Calif. (KTXL) — Another week of high school football in the Sacramento region is in the books.

Out of the many games that were played in our area, here are some plays that stood out during week eight.

Three plays from week eight that are up for top play of the week is a 51-yard Hail Mary touchdown from Central Catholic quarterback Tyler Wentworth to Jaelen Nichols, a deep touchdown connection between Folsom quarterback Austin Mack to Onterrio Smith Jr. and a touchdown run from Sutter’s Luke Miller.
