Brunch in a box was founded by Mauricio and Fany in 2018. We both share over 30 year of experience in the culinary & hospitality industry. We are skilled in both food and beverage. Our vision for brunch in a box is to bring together our experiences and expertise by offering a diverse menu of gourmet delights inside a box. Our priority is to provide quality food, big portions, and best service out of a food truck window. Our motto “each item is made and served just as we would make it and serve it for ourselves”.
